Paying for your medical visit can be difficult to understand. With third party payors, deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance, and HSAs, it is hard to know what to do.

The friendly staff at Family Urgent Care can help you make sense of it all.

Before your visit: Bring your insurance card and ID with you and we will have all the information we need to process you claim.

After your visit: Your insurance company will send you an explanation of benefits (EOB), which details their responsibility, our discount, and your responsibility.

We get a copy of the same EOB and we will mail you a bill for your balance. Our billing department can help you with any questions and can even take a payment over the phone.
